With autumn in full swing it’s high time that I update my knitwear. I like to wear jumpers that keep you warm and covered but don’t leave you sweaty and uncomfortable, to hug the skin and keep the wind off whilst allowing you to add a jacket and jeans when going out. This pretty little piece from Deane & White caught my eye and was an instant hit with my wardrobe denims.

Here I am wearing a size S in a beautiful earthy brown. The jumper is made from 100% wool and has a soft and shimmery feel, bouncing off light and incredibly luxurious to wear. There is a crest embroidered onto the left breast with the initials ‘TK’ which just so happen to match mine, Tracy Kiss. The full length sleeves keep you covered whilst being light enough to remain cool indoors with the heating on. There are two side pockets and an open seam at the back where it hangs slightly lower to cover the derrière. I love the shape and fit of this jumper, as it’s a smart casual piece that can be worn in so many ways. Here I’ve dressed it down with a pair of dark denim jeans, white converse, minimal makeup and messy hair, but you could dress it up with a pair of leggings, ankle boots, bold statement jewellery and a clutch.
