Black Moth Truffle Vodka

I must confess to my love of spirits, with my favourites being vodka, rum and martini, not all at once obviously. I adore cocktails too with mojitos and cosmopolitans being my front runners. Oh and the occasional glass of wine or three, white or rose during daylight hours, and a deep rich red when I’m wearing a trusty lip colour. I am also a huge lover of truffles, so I was more than a little excited to have a glass or two of Black Moth’s Truffle Vodka. The individual taste has been developed using authentic artisanal techniques. Unlike other vodkas, Black Moth is five times distilled and three times filtered, making it soft on the pallet and delicately flavoured with a warm and mellow taste, perfectly complementing the flavour of the black Périgord truffle.
